Purpose

In order to ensure the continued success, integrity, and advancement of La Asociación Ñeta, it is necessary to establish a structured system for leadership selection, evaluation, and renewal.

This Title establishes term limits, electoral procedures, candidate requirements, and the creation of an Electoral Committee to guarantee that leadership positions are held by individuals who demonstrate capacity, commitment, and vision aligned with the objectives of the Asociación.

Term Limits
Art. 1. Duration of Leadership Terms

All leadership positions within the Asociación shall be limited to a term of two (2) years.

Art. 2. Mandatory Elections

At the conclusion of each two-year term, elections shall be held for all leadership positions.

Art. 3. Eligibility for Re-Election

Incumbent leaders shall have the right to seek re-election. However, they must comply with all candidate requirements, including the submission of a new plan and updated strategies for the advancement of the Asociación.

Candidate Requirements
Art. 1. Right to Candidacy

All members of the Asociación have the right to run for leadership positions, provided they meet the requirements established in this Title.

Art. 2. Submission of Plans and Strategies

Any member seeking a leadership position must submit a formal proposal that includes:

  • A clear plan of action
  • Defined strategies for achieving organizational objectives
  • Practical and realistic methods of implementation
Art. 3. Standard of Qualification

Leadership positions shall not be granted based on status, popularity, or personal recognition, but on demonstrated capacity, vision, and commitment to the principles and goals of the Asociación.

Individuals who seek leadership solely for status or without meaningful contributions shall not be considered suitable candidates.

Electoral Committee
Art. 1. Establishment

An Electoral Committee shall be established to oversee and support the electoral process.

Art. 2. Composition

The Electoral Committee shall be composed of qualified members selected based on integrity, experience, and understanding of the Asociación’s principles.

Art. 3. Functions and Responsibilities

The Electoral Committee shall:

  • Review all candidate submissions
  • Evaluate the viability and realism of proposed plans and strategies
  • Ensure that candidates meet the required standards
  • Facilitate a fair, transparent, and organized electoral process
Art. 4. Candidate Validation

Only candidates whose plans and strategies are deemed viable and aligned with the Asociación’s objectives shall be approved to participate in the election process.

Electoral Process
Art. 1. Member Participation

All members shall have the right to participate in elections and vote for candidates of their choosing.

Art. 2. Evaluation of Candidates

Members are expected to evaluate candidates based on:

  • The strength and clarity of their plans
  • The feasibility of their strategies
  • Their commitment to the Asociación’s principles
Art. 3. Continuous Evaluation

The electoral process serves as a mechanism of continuous evaluation of leadership effectiveness, ensuring that the Asociación remains guided by capable and committed individuals.

Objective of Leadership Renewal

The purpose of term limits and elections is to:

  • Encourage innovation and new ideas
  • Promote accountability among leaders
  • Ensure that leadership remains active, effective, and aligned with the Asociación’s mission
  • Prevent stagnation and the concentration of authority
Commitment of the Membership

All members are encouraged to actively participate in the electoral process, whether by presenting themselves as candidates or by exercising their right to vote responsibly.

The strength and success of the Asociación depend on the active involvement, commitment, and dedication of its members.

Final Provision

The implementation of these measures is considered essential for the growth, stability, and long-term success of La Asociación Ñeta.

All members are called upon to support, uphold, and participate in this system as a fundamental component of the Asociación’s structure and future.
