His/her function consists of coordinating, executing, and guaranteeing the fulfillment of collective decisions adopted by the governing body and by the democratic mechanisms established in the statutes.

The Second (Vice President) is an executive position of support, coordination, and substitution within La Asociación Ñeta. His/her principal function is to assist The First (President) in the exercise of his/her responsibilities and to substitute him/her temporarily in the cases provided for by the statutes.

The Vice President does not constitute a parallel authority, nor a passive subordinate position, but a factor of continuity, stability, and executive equilibrium.

During the exercise of substitution, the Vice President shall be subject to the same limits, duties, and controls established for the President.

The Advisor (Counselor) is a position of a consultative and non-executive nature within La Asociación Ñeta. His/her principal function is to guide, analyze, and issue recommendations to the governing body and executive officers when so requested.

El Asesor (Consejero) es un cargo de carácter consultivo y no ejecutivo dentro de la Asociación Ñeta. Su función principal es orientar, analizar y emitir recomendaciones al órgano directivo y a los cargos ejecutivos cuando así le sea solicitado.

The Advisor does not exercise decision-making or executive authority, except in cases expressly provided for in these statutes.

El Asesor no ejerce autoridad decisoria ni ejecutiva, salvo en los casos expresamente previstos en los presentes estatutos.

The office of Advisor has the purpose of:

The Secretary is an executive-administrative position responsible for official documentation, institutional memory, and the organizational faith of La Asociación Ñeta. His/her principal function is to record, safeguard, and certify the acts, agreements, and formal communications of the organization.

Their function is of a collective, deliberative, and supervisory nature, and does not entail, by itself, executive powers.
